[Bug 945422] [NEW] menu bar is not visible in boinc-manager

Public bug reported:

The menu bar in boinc-manager 7.0.14 is mostly blocked out. The 'file'
menu is partly visible but the remainder of the menu bar is blocked out.

This is running on Kubuntu 12.04 Beta 1.
