BOINC MilkyWay ... can we do something about it?

I don't think I'm ready for this task, but I can help of course...

BTW I cannot find any reference of the source code online..
according to debian/watch -> http://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/download/code_release there seems to be a 0.19 out, but the sources are a little mess, I cannot find anywhere a source tarball of the code, neither a trac system or something else similar...

I wish to help but I cannot get the desired informations, does anybody else have better hints?
The second thing is that I don't know if I'll be able to update it to boinc 7 and I don't know where the "boinc-app-milkyway git" is on alioth...
