[Bug 1162596] [NEW] Boinc exlusive applications dialogue doesnt show binaries

Public bug reported:

Using the "add"-dialogue in the "eclusive applications"-tab doesnt show
most of the programms e.g. in /usr/bin. it seems to be looking for
certain extensions

Manual fix is editing cc_config.xml in data directory /etc/boinc-client
and adding

<options>
<exclusive_app>EXAmPLeAPP</exclusive_app>
</options>
