[Bug 1173622] Re: Boinc Manager icon in Unity is small

This new patch should fix all remaining icon-related issues.

Tested and installed locally, no lintian warnings or errors.

I've decided to keep /usr/share/menu/boinc-manager.menu. It uses a 32x32
xpm icon from /usr/share/pixmaps. All other icons and the .desktop file
follow Freedesktop.org Icon Spec.
