So are you suggesting to introduce a delta in ubuntu?
Just by removing a "suggest" package?

I'm honestly so much contrary to this, because it will introduce a big
overhead in mantaing boinc, and I want to use my time just fixing bugs
rather than checking deltas between distros.

Do you know some bad behavior or some good points for introducing this delta?
I mean, just a cosmetic bug in properties of package manager could be acceptable, or maybe fixing this problem in the package manager would be nicer.
