[Bug 1405100] [NEW] Unity icon rightclick → Quit doesn't work

To reproduce:

Start BOINC-manager
Right click on the unity bar's icon for it
Select 'Quit'

What happens:

The manager window comes to focus.

What i expect to happen:

The same thing as with menu → File → Quit
