BOINC manager problem.

Hi Ilker,

first please tell the wx version and the boinc one, second, why do you way this is a debian/boinc problem?
This seems a wx one, and almost for sure an Operating system bug.

So I don't think debian can do anything about this problem, I'll rather search in th wxwidets and boinc deltas of your operating system.
(also downloading the official binary and check if it works can be a good solution)
