Public bug reported:

Context: Ubuntu 14.04, Any 7.x version of BOINC-manager and client
Actions: Installing boinc-manager
Problem:
After install, all language files ends up under wrong folderstructure.
The common practice is to put them under, (using swedish example),
/usr/share/locale/sv/LC_MESSAGES/BOINC-Manager.mo
but as of now they end directly up under
/usr/share/locale/sv/BOINC-Manager.mo
skipping the LC_MESSAGES-part.
Applys for all language files.

** Affects: boinc (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
