Unfortunately, up to now, no one else successfully reproduced this bug.
I guess this probably has some relation to the config files, such as
/etc/hosts or /etc/hostname or the lo interface in
/etc/network/interfaces, that is related to hostnames resolution and
networking. You can try to compare them to another unaffected box.
