boinc on stable?

Hi debian boinc maintainers, with the upcoming jessie freeze I got some spare time to look at the various CVEs in wheezy and committed some fixes.

Also I took care of bug #706488 aka remove boinc-server-maker from stable


Steffen, how do you feel about reviewing and uploading?

seems that we can have a fixed boinc in stable too, don't know why the work hasn't been uploaded yet
