Bug#768429: boinc: Dependency problems when upgrading from 7.4.23+dfsg-1exp1

Hi Nelson,

sorry for that, I checked, checked and rechecked the boinc path from the fedora script, but I missed that one.

I'm rebuilding and uploading the fix in a few minutes, could you please check that changing the path fixes all the
systemd/related issues? thanks1

It's looking for a wrong /usr/bin/chown while it should be /bin/chown
