Please sync boinc 7.6.20+dfsg-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Build boinc-client-nvidia-cuda on amd64 only.
  * boinc-client-nvidia-cuda: Add libcudart7.0 as an alternative dependency.
  * Build boinc-client-nvidia-cuda on amd64 only.

the next sync will have the fixes in debian.

  * Upload to unstable
  * New upstream release.
    - fixes for GPU OpenCl detection.
  * Update copyright to use Files-Excluded features, thanks Dmitry for the hint!
