[Bug 1629625] [NEW] boinc does not recognize valid CUDA GPU, nvidia GT 710

Public bug reported:

According to <http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-
gt-710/features> my GPU supports CUDA, but the log from BOINC says that
no GPU was found.

It used to work for me when I had an nVidia GT 610.

nVidia's web pages are a little inconstant, and the GT 710 appears to
have been left of the list in at least one place, despite lesser cards
like the GT 705 and the older GT 610 being listed.
