Bug#866816: BOINC-Client package missing all_projects_list.xml

Version: 7.6.33+dfsg-12~bpo8+1

Clean installed a machine with Jessie using netinst. Added Jessie-backports to sources.list and installed BOINC client. After install unable to add projects to BOINC. Found all_projects_list.xml file is missing from the BOINC data directory /var/lib/boinc-client.

Copied the file off another machine that was installed before dfsg-12, set owner to boinc and restarted service to get it working.
