[Bug 1704567] [NEW] exit from launcher symbol undefined behavior

Public bug reported:

Trying to exit boinc-manager from launcher symbol with right mouse click
-> "Exit" shows undefined behavior. Often it minimizes window and
maximizes it again. Sometimes it minimizes window without maximizing it
after. If the window is already minimized, it exits the program.

The other exit method "File"->"Exit" seems working. Clicking on "X"
minimizes the program as intended, maybe there is something messed up
with "Exit" in the launcher symbol.
