[Bug 1704568] [NEW] Control menu checkbox shows state one step in the past

Public bug reported:

Clicking in boinc-manager "Control" ("Steuerung") menu on one menu item,
it changes the state correctly, but not the current state is shown. It
is shown one step in the past. That means it shows, what was selected,
before the last selection.
