Boinc systemd hardening

Hello,

I'm a Gentoo developer who has an interest in tightening up security by
leveraging systemd's hardening features.

I came across boinc and issued two PRs with systemd improvements:
https://github.com/BOINC/boinc/pull/2873
https://github.com/BOINC/boinc/pull/2874

As Debian's boinc maintainer, I'm hoping you can chime in (saying
whether or not these are good changes) and perhaps do a bit of testing
to help get them in.

Thanks,
~Craig
