Previously I used the -g option to connect to a different port on localhost
for each boinc server (redirected via a ssh tunnel to the real server).  I
filed the above bug report about boincmgr not connecting on startup.  Since
then it has stopped accepting the -g option so I can't connect to other
systems in this way.  It connects to port 31416 regardless of the -g option.
