Package: boinc-manager
Version: 7.16.5+dfsg-1
Severity: normal

The command "boincmgr -g 31416 -n localhost -e /etc/boinc-client" used to
connect to the server on localhost when it started, but now it doesn't do so.

Version 7.16.5+dfsg-1exp1 also has this problem.
