Hi,
boinc in unstable can't migrate to testing because the QA
infrastructure couldn't reproduce the binary packages in unstable while
it could reproduce the version in testing [1, 2].
The problem seems to be that the libboinc.a in libboinc-app-dev on arm64
contains lto and debug information when rebuild but not in the original
build. I have no idea why that happens but I also found no users of the
libboinc.a so I would propose to drop it from the package. Alternatively
there are some hints on how to make static archives in [4].
Feel free to reach out if you need help debugging the problem.
Alternatively you can ask the release team for an exception [3].
Cheers Jochen
