<p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>“Present Moment”
Discussion with PaRisHa Taylor</strong><br /></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">When one is doing an activity that is
one’s passion e.g. playing the guitar, writing poetry, running,
canoeing etc. one loses all concept of time. To be in that state of
no-thing, no-body, no time, could be called ecstasy. There is just the
sheer joy of doing an activity one loves to do. PaRisHa Taylor teaches how
all of this is related to quantum science. Two powerful outcomes for
staying in the “Now” or present moment are: 1. One can access
infinite information in the present moment and 2. It is natural to be
creative when one forgets about the past and the future.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><b>Discussing How We Face Unknown
Situations</b></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">PaRisHa Taylor asked us to be alert to
the common tendency to avoid situations when faced with an unknown
experience. This can interfere with the potential of learning new skills or
meeting new people or visiting new places. PaRisHa Taylor reminds us that
it is only when the brain is challenged with new experiences, are we truly
alive!!</span></p>
