I also noticed this before as can be seen in [1].

$ find debian/cacti/usr/share/cacti/cli -type f -print0 | xargs -0 file
manually, I get things like:

debian/cacti/usr/share/cacti/cli/add_data_query.php:
PHP script, ASCII text executable
"""

So I believe the output of "file" has changed and we should grep on
something like """grep "PHP script, ASCII text executable" """?
