Your key isn't needed for that, but your uid (which is peter at colberg.org). 

For the next upload: 
please use automatic changelog generation with gbp dch and finalize the
changelog only if you want to upload. That makes it a lot easier to work
together on the package. Otherwise you will always have to merge the
changelog, which is really annoying.
