[Pkg-citadel-devel] Bug#507871: citadel-webcit: does not authenticate against system users although configured to do that

citadel was configured to authenticate against the system /etc/passwd). 
However, it does so only for one user on the system
(the first user created during the debian installation), not for any other 
user added after the debian set up.
webcit always says "user not found".
