[Pkg-citadel-devel] .38 release & debian bug

Hy everyone.

Sorry, I've been very busy the last weeks (primarily at work, and getting
webcit to the next level too)

We've got a problem with the .38 webcit release. 

We actualy can't say in which ways it qualifies itself being there, and which
code changes it actualy has. 

Art is actualy having a look at the patches we applied to .37, and
incooperate them in an SVN branch, so we don't step back.

I hope we can achieve a clean standing here soon.
