redistribute it anyway, so you probably have to remove it upstream. For
the Debian package we can easily remove it ourselves, so there is no
need for a release. 

But there are more questionable files. I take it all files without
copyright notice are owned by the citadel authors, right? I will do a
closer inspection in the next few days.
