Hi,

Your package is failing to build with the following error:
citadel.h:51:2: error: #error libcitadel is too old. Please upgrade it before continuing.

You have a build dependency on: libcitadel-dev (>= 1.09)

And it tried to install 1.09-2 at that time.  Please add proper
versioned build dependencies.
