I think we've waited long enough to be sure that 7.37 is release ready. As soon
as citadel 7.37-8 migrates into Lenny (just adding teh Swedish translation) I
plan to upload 7.38 for all packages. Finally!

If anyone doesn't like this or wants to do some work before, just tell me.
