the bug (not the source) it looks like the maintainer is doing weird things in 
postinst and _then_ uses invoke-rcd.

apparently not guaranteed 
<h01ger> daemonkeeper, so 9.3.2 is more general and thus also applicable

scripts in §10.4 (which references §9.3.2 again)
