Hello Stepen,

It seems, it depends on WHICH IP am if I connect to the internet...

Today I had to (de)connect my router several times to get  a  connection
to
   <db.local.clamav.net>

It seems, that my GSM "O2"  (Telefonica;  Spain)  provider  use  several
private nets where some are weird setup (proxy, firewall or  whatever...
I do not know)
