There's something totally wrong here. The very min mem usage to be
expected is ~87-90 MB on 32bit linux systems and around 110-120 on 64bit.
That's on startup, just after loading the db and before scanning anything.
On windows the min usage is roughly 10% higher, however windows heap
allocator is not prone to fragmentation, so the idle memusage will
basically stay on those levels.
That 20 megs figure is an absolute nonsense o.0
