Hmm.  I swear I saw that behavior (it was a side effect of reusing some
of the same code path as the 'do we need to reload' code - it set a flag
that forced an update next time if the on disk dbs are different from 
loaded dbs).

Now, however, I don't see that at all :/  Either I was hallucinating, or
they've changed that code path.  Now I'm slightly embarassed about my
reply to the bug report.  Well, I've been a fool in public before, I
suppose.

I'm in several channels that might fit the bill, or we could start a new
one.  A new one might be nice so that we don't flood -devel with clamav
noise or #clamav with Debian noise, but it's whatever people want.
