[Pkg-clamav-devel] repo set up

I'm an absolute newbie with regard to git, but shouldn't a 

git clone ssh://meskes@git.debian.org/git/pkg-clamav/clamav.git

give me the whole repo? I do not have a debian dir at all in my repo. Needless
to say that git-buildpackage doesn't work then. :-)

So what did I misunderstand?
