clamuko.c is preprocessed into a no-op if CLAMUKO is undefined, which is
the case when built without --enable-clamuko.
clamuko is the clamav interface to the dazukio framework for kernel
based on demand scanning. It has never been stable, and it never felt
like a very safe thing to put clamav and the kernel in closer touch.
These days, I would recommend something like an inotiy script for people
who feel the need to do that sort of thing.
