[Pkg-clamav-devel] Bug#524356: freshclam should not own its config file

the clamav-freshclam.postinst ffile contains following line:

  chown "$dbowner":adm $FRESHCLAMCONFFILE

Is there any reason why clamav daemon(s) should be able to modifi
freshclam's config? Please remove that.
