Please see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/clamav/+bug/394870 and the 
instructions for testing the new version of the package in jaunty-proposed. 
 Please comment in the bug if this solves your problem.  Since you have 
manually altered your current clamav installation, please purge it before 
testing.
