[Pkg-clamav-devel] Bug#533397: init script fails if daemon already running

If the daemon is already running, the init script fails, possibly
disturbing dpkg:

Setting up clamav-milter (0.95.2+dfsg-0volatile1~bpo50~madduck+3) ...
/usr/sbin/clamav-milter already running failed!
invoke-rc.d: initscript clamav-milter, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing clamav-milter (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 clamav-milter
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

As per policy 9.3.2., this should be changed to a no-op if the
daemon is already running.

I am offline right now, but could send a patch if you wanted. On the
other hand, it's trivial…
