Sorry about not mentioning this earlier - I had a conversation with
edwin about this, and it's basically not going to work with a system
libtool until the libtool 2.2.6 gets into unstable (Not that I'm happy
about one more library bundled in clamav).  Maybe we can just disable
this for now until it gets into unstable?  It's not like we're currently
building libclamunrar right now.
