[Pkg-clamav-devel] libclamav and antivirus proxies

Dear Maintainers,

I use antivirus proxies with libclamav, but every libclamav upgrade 
contains soname increments too, what proxies not follows.
What is the way to use newest libclamav with that proxies?
The system is Debian Lenny.
