You need debian/tmp/usr/lib/libclamav.so.6.1.* in
debian/libclamav6.install instead of ...so.6.0.*.  This should have been
in one of the patches I sent to the list.  Also I noticed you don't remove
MailFollowURLs.  That's been removed and should be dropped as I understand
it.
