seems that the poke after the upload didn't work out because of a lock on
the wanna-build triggers.  As volatile's archive only pokes after there was
some work to do this meant that there was no further trigger afterwards.
(Cc'ing wbadm on that, I guess we'd want to run the triggers separately
once a day or so...  I'll solve this with a crontab entry on volatile-master
now, though.)

I poked it now and wanna-build picked it up.  I'd appreciate a poke of mine
when it's built.
