Thanks a lot for your report, but there seems to be something fishy here:

- If you are using testing/squeeze, then there is currently nothing to be
  upgraded - testing only has 0.96.1+dfsg-1
- libclamav6/0.96.3+dfsg-1 does not depend on libltdl3, but on libltdl7
- The only package in the archive that is newer than your installed version but
  still depends on libltdl3 is 0.96.3+dfsg-1~volatile1 from *lenny-volatile*. 

Are you possibly trying to combine lenny-volatile with squeeze/testing? This is
not going to work, you should be using squeeze-volatile instead, although this
is not yet very useful.

Please clarify what your current setup is or possible attach
/etc/apt/sources.list in case you aren't sure.
