You're completely right, but unfortunately it is not always obvious which
options other packages make use of. In this case we must even say that
amavisd-new is/was using an option that was already deprecated at the time that
lenny was released. This issue was fixed in #518524 (considered
security-relevant by amavisd-new maintainers).

Given the release of squeeze as Debian/stable is just a few weeks ahead I'd
rather not revert upstream's changes in the clamav codebase that removed
handling of the --disable-summary option. Therefore I'm tagging this bug as
wontfix.
