"Should" isn't really the right word, given that I'm not sure the
maintainers asked for that (although I could be misremembering); it
doesn't just happen.

With relevant hat on, I'd be quite happy to look at a stable-updates
release if that's what the clamav maintainers want, although probably
not today.
