I think we should upload this to experimental to reduce the risk of 
unpleasant surprises (e.g. on powerpc) after the final release.

We could also include some/all of the changes from other packaging 
branches, i.e. libmspack, systemd and maybe also bigeasy.

Upstream will probably apply some variation of these in the future, but 
likely not too soon...
