[Pkg-clamav-devel] Clamtk Maintainership

I think clamtk is another one we ought to check with the maintainer about.  
The current package isn't seriously buggy, just really out of date.  Since 
it's the most commonly used clamav GUI, I think it's important to keep it up 
to date.

I packaged updates to it before for Ubuntu and it's not hard.

Unless someone objects, I'll write the maintainer and see if he minds bringing 
it into the team.
