[Pkg-clamav-devel] Bug#727291: new PATCH, somehow the previous got disabled

Hi Scott,

this bug was not fixed:
  * the original autotools-dev patch got disabled
  * dh_autoreconf was not worked on

I attached a patch to enable autoreconf.
Unfortunately it does not work with current automake 1.14, due to a bug 
with subdir-objects and $(top_srcdir) [1].
So I explicitely used automake1.11. Now the package builds.

Please apply the patch.
