I've been playing with this today. 
	https://breakpoint.cc/clamav/
pretends that there is 0.98.5 for testing :) So I am building the
get-oring thingy and was first looking why 0.98.4 isn't reported
properly. The reason is that it is missing on HEAnet mirror server which
is the source for the database at the [1] link you posted. I dropped
HEAnet an email asking wtf.
