[Pkg-clamav-devel] libmspack integration

started looking libmspack intergation and replacing the current version
in libclamav source tree. It is not complete, nor tested. I just looked
at the API of libmspack and clamav and this is what came out.
I just pushed what I have so far into the libmspack. I intend to push
this upstream once it is working for a review.
