I fear that is exactly what 'evaluate for 0.99' means. :(

The patch enabling systemd socket activation for clamd that I sent them 
in February (#10568), which they also want to 'evaluate for 0.99', 
hasn't seen any activity since March...

And I would also like to see systemd support for Jessie.
